Cleaning pharmaceutical accessories — hoses, valves, fittings, and pipe assemblies — is a compliance-critical operation that most facilities still do by hand. CoralPT’s COP Accessories Cleaning Machine changes that entirely. A single automated cycle handles hot-water fill, detergent dosing, multi-zone spray wash, surface oil removal, drain, rinse, and HEPA-filtered hot-air drying — with zero manual intervention from load to unload. Fully cGMP compliant. Fully validated. Designed and manufactured in India. The machine runs on a PLC recipe selected from a 10" colour touchscreen HMI. Once the operator loads accessories and presses Start, the system takes over completely: Load & Prepare — Accessories loaded into SS baskets or onto internal hose cleaning lances. Lid closed; PLC validates all pre-conditions before cycle begins. Autofill — Hot water (up to 80°C from customer utility) fills the chamber automatically. Level and temperature monitored continuously. Detergent Dosing — Integrated dosing pump injects the programmed quantity of detergent directly into the wash water at the correct cycle stage. Washing Cycle — High-pressure centrifugal pump distributes wash water through four spray manifold zones, 20 fan-jet nozzles, and self-rotating spray balls for complete 360° coverage. Settle Cycle — All pumps off. Water is still. Oils and fats float to the surface, ready for skimming. Oil Skim & Overflow — CoralPT’s proprietary peripheral L-section overflow channel skims the floating oil layer and discharges it to ETP — automatically, with no manual scooping. Auto Drain — Chamber empties by gravity. Level sensor confirms complete drainage. Spray-Ball Rinse — Clean water rinse of chamber walls and overflow channel. Short cycle, then drain. HEPA Hot-Air Drying — Blower and heater energise. HEPA H13-filtered hot air at 60–80°C flows through SS316L ducts and drying nozzles, drying all loaded accessories completely. Cycle Complete — HMI displays confirmation. Operator opens lid, removes clean, dry accessories. System ready for next load.
